Surrealist Painter
Victor Schegin

Seehund is best known for his dreamlike yet detailed oil paintings of surreal scenes and seemingly weightless characters.
At the age of 15, Victor Schegin discovered tag in the streets of Paris. Later, he became fascinated for graffitis with volume and very quickly began to paint feminine subjects, signing with his alias, Seehund.

His Bachelors in Journalism helped him measure his incomparable passion for art and redefine his artistic goals to a career. It taught him a tremendous amount of photography skills, which he uses to produce his first series about dystopia.
For 4 years, Seehund studied drawing and oil painting in Paris' workshops, where he met his teacher and future friend Gilles Fourgassié – surrealist painter once mentee of Nicolas Wacker.
